The 'Roxanne' Drinking Game

This is one of the easiest drinking games you can play. A salute to Roxanne by the Police. The best thing about it is that everyone who is playing has to drink! It can be done almost anywhere, be it in the comfort of your own home or on the jukebox in your local!

What you need to play

• A number of willing participants.
• An equal amount of alcohol for each player.
• The facility to play Roxanne by the Police.

How to play

Divide the players into two groups. One group is given the lyric 'Roxanne' and the other group gets the 'Red Light' lyric. Put on the song (I bet you can guess where this is going). Anytime Roxanne is sung all of the Roxanne group drink, when red light is sung the other group drink.

This might sound easy, but the song runs for 3:08 minutes and the word 'Roxanne' appears 26 times and 'Red Light' appears 25 times.

Be prepared to drink at a fast pace! It works best with beer in my opinion.
